Orders
When searching for a medicine, search for the medicine name only.
DO NOT include potency when searching.
For example, if you are looking for a single medicine, you can search for the first part of the name, such as “Arnica.” Many options will come up. To assist with searching for the correct medicine, sort by “popularity.” Make sure to choose the option that just shows “Arnica.” Click “Select options.” On the next screen, click on the potency drop-down menu and select size and form.
When searching for a Banerji or a combined medicine, search for one of the medicine's name and potency only. For example, if you are looking for the combined medicine Symphytum Officinale 200C mixed with Rhus Toxicodendron 30C, you can search for the first part of the name, such as Symphytum 200C, and many options will come up. To assist with searching for the correct medicine, sort by “popularity”. Make sure to choose the option that matches your selection and click “Select options”. On the next screen, click on the potency drop-down menu and select size and form.
We are unable to make changes once your order is submitted. For any type of modification, please request the order cancellation via email at orders@ohmpharma.com before 7:00 AM CST. Once the cancellation is processed, you can resubmit your order with the desired changes. Please note that phone or voicemail requests are not accepted, as we require written proof of cancellation. We appreciate your understanding.

Product information
1.a. Tear the safety seal to open first. Turn the tube upside down
and twist the cap for pellets to dispense.
1.b. Twist the cap for pellets until the number desired has fallen into the cap. Carefully remove the cap.
1.c. Use the cap to pour pellets directly under the tongue to dissolve.
Each tube contains approximately 100 size #40 pellets; each tube is filled by weight.
Each tube contains approximately 120 size #10 pellets; each vial is filled by weight.
Our pellets are made with organic sucrose only. Lactose-free.
The organic sucrose in the pellets is from non – GMO beets.
There are approximately 600 drops per bottle.
There are approximately 1,200 drops per bottle.
Our alcohol is derived from sugar cane, Kosher certified, non-GMO, allergen-free, and gluten-free.
Our glycerin is USP grade derived from palm oil.
Yes, our products are lactose-free.
No, our water-based medicines are not shipped with any ice packs. They only require refrigeration after opening.
Water-based medicines should be refrigerated and kept for one month after opening. They do not contain any preservatives. Please pay special attention to handling water-based medicines since they may become contaminated. If contamination is visible, please stop using and dispose of the remaining product. If you want to avoid medicines containing alcohol, we recommend using medicines in pellet form instead.
If stored properly, the suggested shelf life is three years. Please avoid storing medicines close to electromagnetic fields (computers, cell phones, TVs, etc.), away from direct sunlight, and away from strong odors (coffee, mint, cleaning detergents, perfumes).
We use only approved HPUS (Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States) methods to prepare all our homeopathic medicines based on traditional potentization by hand succussion and dilutions. We do not use frequencies or radionics; we believe such methods demote our values in homeopathy. We respect the different schools of thought in the practice of homeopathy but are very strict in manufacturing homeopathic medicines; this should be done only following the HPUS/FDA guidelines and regulations to manufacture high-quality medicines.

According to HPUS (Homoeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States), medicines should not be exposed to temperatures greater than 121ºC (249.8ºF) due to the documented heat sensitivity of homeopathic preparations. Freezing homeopathic medicines is not recommended. The best storage method is to keep containers tightly sealed and out of extreme heat and direct sunlight.
We use the classical Hahnemannian method for the C and LM scales, Hering's for the X scale, and Korsakov's for the K scale. We follow the HPUS guidelines.
Hand succussion. We use Hahnemannian multi-vials up to 200C and then continue with single-vial Korsakovian for higher potencies.

Yes, once we open your account, you can log in and see all our medicine listings or search for a specific product.
Shipping
We ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt unless an item is out of stock, or the order is very large. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you the same day or the next day after placing the order.
The cutoff time is 10:30 a.m. CST. Any order placed after that time will be included with the orders for the following business day.
Yes, orders can be drop-shipped. Make sure the order is addressed accordingly. Each order is shipped with a packing slip only.
Yes, we ship internationally. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates because we do not know if the package will be held at customs.
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and regulations incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OHM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
All labels are pre-printed. When an order is processed, a shipping label is automatically generated. The label will be canceled if the order does not ship out on the same day. A second tracking number will be sent the day when the order is shipped.
Please allow 24hrs for the tracking number to be updated.

Returns
No, all sales are final; as per FDA regulations, we are not allowed to receive returned products and resell them because we cannot guarantee the storage conditions of the medicines.
Damage / Missing Product
Yes, under certain circumstances. You must report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged or missing product within 72 hours of delivery, and please DO NOT discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we cannot file a claim with the carrier, which means we cannot accept responsibility for the damages.
2.a. Take a photo of the damaged product, packaging, product label, and lot number
2.b. Email pictures to orders@ohmpharma.com with a brief explanation; please include the order number and contact info.
2.c. We will investigate each situation and contact the customer to initiate the replacement process if it falls under our replacement criteria.
